Dialed ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Dialed web application and the Dialed — TrackMan® Import Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

Data We Collect

The Chrome extension captures golf swing data from your TrackMan session reports. This includes:

  • Swing metrics — ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, and approximately 37 other shot-level measurements provided by TrackMan.
  • Session metadata — session date, club used, shot count, and session type.
  • Player information — your name, email address, and handicap as provided by your TrackMan account.
  • Authentication tokens — stored locally in your browser to keep you signed in. These are never transmitted to third parties.
  • Import history — stored locally in your browser to track which sessions have already been imported.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Dialed service:

  • Importing TrackMan session data into your Dialed account for swing analysis, pattern recognition, and progress tracking.
  • Displaying import status on TrackMan portal pages so you can see which sessions have been imported.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties for marketing purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Captured swing data is sent only to the Dialed backend, which is your own authenticated account hosted on Supabase. No data is transmitted to any other server or third-party service.

Data Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
  • Database access is protected by Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) — you can only access your own data.
  • Authentication is handled via Google OAuth through Supabase Auth.
  • No sensitive data is stored in plain text. Authentication tokens are stored in Chrome's local storage and browser cookies.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The Dialed — TrackMan Import extension's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only request permissions necessary for the extension's single purpose: importing TrackMan golf session data into Dialed.
  • We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.
  • We do not use or transfer user data to serve advertising or for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
  • We do not sell user data or transfer it to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the extension's core functionality, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior user notice.

Your Controls

  • Delete sessions — you can delete any imported session from your Dialed account at any time.
  • Uninstall — removing the Chrome extension immediately stops all data capture. Locally stored import history and tokens are deleted automatically.
  • Clear import history — you can clear the extension's local import history through Chrome's extension data management.
  • Delete account — you may request full deletion of your Dialed account and all associated data by contacting us.
